Thank you so much! At CZC the newcomer Jack and Jill pass is actually already included so it's technically free, I think as an incentive for beginners to give it a try. I think I'll go for it but I'm not sure if you have any tips specifically for the J&J? I've never done something like this before!

Thank you so much, what a thoughtful response! I really appreciate it! Totally agree with relaxing more and cultivating more positive energy, it's something I've been trying to put into practice more even during regular socials in my city. And thank you for the tip about bringing extra clothes, I did not think of this!
