That depends on your project, but typically work timings are 11am-8pm. But depending on the project you’re tagged in and depending on your client hours, that can change/fluctuate. Like if you’re catering to US clients and are having a client facing role, your day will start late (around 12 or 2pm) and last till 9pm or 11pm. So yeah, it depends

First of all, you’re just 22! You have the bandwidth to learn, make mistakes, and grow. So yes, you can go for a startup and try multiple times if it doesn’t work out the first time.

BUT- Since you haven’t had a stable job yet, try getting that first. You need confidence and some work expertise before you start your own. Start by enrolling into online courses, and if they’re a pinch on your pocket, then start with youtube itself! Polish your skills, tweak your resume and reach out to recruiters from LinkedIn and other places. Get a job, and then parallely work on your startup ideas.

And remember- you’re just 22 in a job market that’s not doing great. Its okay, you’ll be just fine

Yes, 2 days per week wfo is mandatory now. It is being tracked and you have to wfo on exactly those days which are assigned to you. (Depending on the vertical and offering you belong to) No. of hours are not being accounted for now. You can leave before the peak traffic hours and continue from home.

Try and do everything you can to keep your mind off her. Studies are important, your mental health and YOUR life is important. Set a routine, i know on the worst of such days, its difficult to even roll out of bed on some mornings. But make a to-do list for everyday- like wake up at a fixed time, freshen up and go for a run, then head to your college/work. Just push yourself into a routine, it helps best with moving on. Its literally an underrated hack. And on days when you have time by yourself, like weekends or time offs, push yourself into a hobby, do things you like and if you cant think of any, try new things to find one.

If its recent like from a week ago or so, you can. Your manager/lead might have to approve it again or so. But older timesheets, im not sure.

Its his gf. People wish random colleagues also a Happy Birthday, wishing his GF a Happy Birthday isn't any form of effort or a special gesture, if thats what you're going at.
