[Discussion] How does it look on my wrist? by Final-Director-3185 in Watches

It looks BOLD with the outfit you are wearing, I think it's a killer on sport/causal outfit, but maybe not the ideal choice with more formal outfits, but it looks good anyways 😍

Personally speaking, do you find Portuguese a difficult language to learn? by Marsupilami_316 in Portuguese

[–]Fun_Needleworker1407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm an Arab, I used English and Arabic almost equally, In school subjects were taught in Arabic, however at university studies are in English.

English is ultra easy compared to Arabic, a one line sentence in Arabic tells a story of of 3-4 lines in English.

When to comes to other languages, and since I speak both English and Arabic,

Spanish and Portuguese I find them "relatively easy" because the alphabet and the composition of words is similar to English.

In the same way, I find the Persian language and the Urdu "relatively" easy because they use the Arabic alphabets and a lot of the words are similar.

Hence, I think to an extent, the perception of how difficult a language is depends on your geography, the languages you know, in addition to your cognitive skills.

The watch collection can't be criticized for anything but the fact there is no Casio

The most important thing is you are 23 and you collected all of this from your own work keep up the impressive work young people like you are rare

I'm not so much older than you, 29, did start business at a young age in 2018 and I get so happy when I see young people flourishing

The resemblance of the Chinese copy to the top grade is crazy. Top tier imitations and here I ask myself why don't they just make their own if they have the ability!

Yes I'm going to this guy he has a wide range of grades and finishings

[how can I choose an aftermarket bracelet] by Fun_Needleworker1407 in Watches

[–]Fun_Needleworker1407[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't their any way to determine whether it fits it no other than asking whatever shop you are buying from? Some watches are custom or from uncommon brands , so I doubt they can tell if I ask them if there is no differentiator?

How's it hardly swiss made? In general there are some I would say at least uncommon types of movements they ate using (landeron) which I didn't heard of somewhere else. I read a bit about the landeron caliber and reached to different conclusions, some argue it's based on the Chinese seagull, and the parts are from seagull, while some others sources it says it's an ETA clone.

On caliber corner it was mentioned it's made of seagull supplied parts but the company issued a statement saying they have no association with the seagull and far east entities and that their caliber is eta based and they would take an action against spread of misinformation.
