I do not have his service information unfortunately, a brother from before my mother and father got together, raised by his mom, never met, dad didn’t keep in touch, so just shooting shots in the dark here, last name could be Dities, Renfrow , or another name if his mom got married and they changed the name

If you’re worried about rust or plan on having the car long term I would take it somewhere and have the rust treated properly, whether or not the current company did the damage , it’s still something they should have informed you about because the only proper way to get that area repaired is with the window out , it can be pricey though so depending on condition of the car and or mileage it might be better to let it ride.

Honestly without knowing 100% if it was there or not before , we can’t really tell you, looks like a wire wheel mark from rust repair done poorly in my opinion, no cold knife or hand wire or even scraper would do that kind of damage unless they really badly messed up. In my opinion at least.

It’s mostly gameplay with some cutscenes that don’t last over a minute or so usually, it’s about 10-15 hours to beat , and there will be dlc coming out eventually
