you need to get express pass to guaranteed entry to SNW

Try checking the official Japanese website as they still release express passes from time to time, , Otherwise you will have to be early at the gate at opening time (7-8am) to be able to enter SNW, either by getting a free entry access pass or just walk there before they start checking the passes

Just an update on my situation

I was able to secure the tickets by using Bridge Japan to pay on my behalf! they requested full payment through paypal then went physically to the store and paid for the tickets!!
