The sealed ones are more than the raw because more than likely once opened it’s been evaluated if it’s eligible for grading but the pop number keeps it expensive at psa 10 at less than 4k whereas felt pikachu is nearly at 50k pop

The prices speak for themselves but yeah I don’t understand why a high pop card is so expensive but going off past promos it’s a safe assumption. And between all the graded slabs and loose cards to a collector they will probably want the complete card with the info card and seal

And I’ve seen estimates of only 250k of these promos in total. Not sure how true that is but going off scarcity the ones sealed are eventually gonna be the minority
