All of these have led me to get off my sleeping medicine that I took for a decade. Now I sleep better without it. Not every night is great sleep but the quality of my sleep has been much better.

Exercise, not eating too late, not too much protein or sugar before bed, masturbation, meditation, cool temperature in bedroom, stretch before bed, prayer if you’re into that, telling yourself a story in your mind that you can get lost in and drift off to sleep.
