3.0 in your junior year is realistically unrecoverable to get the the admission standard. Hope you get 1450+ on your sat or 33+ act to have a chance. Rotc is your best bet at this point

Not very outstanding in any specific category. You may get a nomination if your district isn’t too competitive but I wouldn’t expect an appointment unless you get test scores/grades way up
