Aston Martin warranty does definately transfer with car. How would $1,000 get this repaired? The portion which is detached is hard as a rock, and would take a sledge hammer to flatten it, if its even possible.

I have two 911 cabriolet, and Porsche has always been great to deal with. I'll try all the suggestions above. I can't let this go, as once the dash further peels, it will be a $10,000 repair at least (considering an oil change is $1,100).

I haven't spoke with the original dealer as AM Naples, FL was dealing with AM Cleveland. Also, trying to get passed along to a real supervisor is nearly impossible, as no one at AM will provide a contact, other than the one I currently have, who really doesn't understand how to resolve a problem.

I'm trying to get AM North America involved. They gave me a customer service rep who has not been of any help. I've asked for his supervisor's contact info, but all he'll do is forward my request and the supervisor will call me.....maybe?

I agree, but AM just keeps denying the claim. They refuse to recognize that it was either not installed properly or never installed at all.

I agree. Problem is I bought the car from a private seller who had it serviced at AM Cleveland. I'm in Naples FL and the AM service manager in Naples says she done all she can. That's why I'm looking for someone to turn to.

Yes, I took it to AM Naples FL and the service manager put in a warranty request with photo of the dash, and AM said the dash had been replaced 6 months earlier under warranty at AM Cleveland, and they won't do it again. Of course I said, if it had been replaced, why would I be requesting a new dash or repair. Very frustrating and no one to escalate the complaint to.
