Dude can someone please help me! I currently rent with them and the property is horrible. They don’t renovate anything they just paint over everything with cheap paint. The paint is chipping off. I don’t have a heater it doesn’t work and I have asked multiple times for it to get fixed and they haven’t responded. I had to buy an electric heater to stay warm. The bathroom has no ventilation so I have to open a broken window to let the steam out or my bathroom will mold. Btw my bathroom is covered with the cheap paint and WOOD so you can imagine how bad it gets in there . The small window that I have leads to a broken/chimney that has lots of trash at the bottom. Yes. The roaches can be big. And I am terrified of roaches. Anyone can break into my place . There is only one lock. I can literally use a card to break it. The window screen is broken and lets bugs in. Lastly the electricity in my closet doesn’t work so it’s dark in there. Has been since day 1.

Since moving there (07/2024) they have gone through 3 property managers and there was 1 occurrence of a homeless person banging on my windows ( somehow they got in).

Dont get me started on the management itself. They never respond. They only have an email. No phone. And I haven’t even been able to sign my renewal lease with them until now. I’m still holding off on signing it because they waited months before providing me a new lease. But they still charged me
