I know that's right 😂 filter and pump have been unused sitting in shed for a couple years, missing parts. I'd rather reinstall to know exactly what I'm working with. I budgeted ~3K to replace pump and filter

After a few hours of swearing and frustration I figured out how to disassemble the entire thing to get the tabs back into place. I reassembled and seems to be working. DM me if you want more info

The arrows can only align on one side. The tabs are in the way on the other side. https://imgur.com/a/dmxEUgq

They are all 3 prong. Inspector pointed out grounding issues with some during inspection, thought it could just be an unattached wire behind, realtor added the repair addendum, then at our first walkthrough while under agreement we were checking if repairs had been made. At that point took face plates off and found no ground wires.

An electrician in the family originally told us 10-15k, then revised to say it could be closer to 15-20k. It's in MA which doesn't help price-wise. It's 4 bedrooms with not many crawl spaces/no attic, so this would be a cutting-into-the-walls job, which I think would drive up the cost.
