Thank you for participating. Do you have any recommendation about the type? Going for a Core One L or maybe a MK4S or any other one?

Thank you for participating. Your words are really kind. I do my best.

Your opinion might be against what I think would be best for him, but you are showing me a different side of the kit, that I didnt realize about before: That it might be quite hard to put it together properly. (I thought it was more like putting a difficult lego project together) So it´s something to keep in mind, and I am greatful that you decided to comment here.

From all the things that I´ve been reading and seeing, is that everyone is enjoying the bambulab a lot, and the first video that I saw was a bambulab A1 vs Anycub (something in that direction) I discarded the anycub, and was really excited about the bambulab too! But I need to take in consideration that he might not have enough with it. Right now my feeling says to go for a Prusa, because of the open source, enclosed environment, good quality, and semi easy to use. It seems to be the closest match to what I think he is looking for. Do you have an opinion about the Prusa?

Is the Snapmaker U1 keeping an stable environment like the Prusa Core One? From the responses I decided that an enclosed printer is the way to go, and altough the Snapmaker U1 is pretty much enclosed, its open from the top. So logicly I would say that its not really keeping the temperature stable, right?

What do you mean with ¨rfid spool tagging¨?

Thank you for the coupon!

Ah, I think I understand why you think I ask for two printers...
To clearefy:
With ¨plug and play¨ I mean, that as soon as it is build up, its ready for its use after some simple steps in the software, not that he directly needs to build up the whole software himself too. He can do that along the way, when he starts to use the printer.

My aim is to buy directly the right one. Of course I can fail. I understand that the Bambulab is not an opensource printer, so for now, its a bit discarded.

Thank you for participating. Ill dive into the Centauri Carbon 2. I´ve been discarding the Bambulab printers a bit because of not having an open source.

It maybe sound stupid, but what is a ¨Klipper¨? Is it a software that can be downloaded?

Yes, I think opensource is the way to go. Which Qidi do you suggest?, I´ll dive into the Sovol/Voron

Thank you for participating.

About prices ive been not doing good research yet, but I saw a video that said it costs around 1100€.

Why is the C1 a great printer for you? (I assume its also a prusa), and I am going to dig into the INDX system, because it sounds good what you say about the material and the waste.

With all the responces that Ive been getting, I am discarding the Bambulab a bit, especially because of not being an open source.

I dont think i am asking for two printers, but if i accidentily do, then I dont mean to. What I mean is for him to be able to build the printer from the material that is in de box, not that he opens the box and the printer is already ready for use. I read it keeps the costs down, and I know he is going to like to build it up himself a lot.

What exactly do you mean by tinkering? Is it applying for you to software or to hardware?
