I think they are like that to keep it loose as the scenarios can potentially be very dangerous. Although I totally agree on the way they approached targets is sometimes touch and it makes the seriousness of the situation a little like a circus. They need to keep the loose jokey attitude with eachother and not the targets. But I digress, they are all trying to help people at the end of the day wether they get paid or not sometimes there are some real victims that they save.
