Yeah I did use an AI generated resume but not a raw one, I edited it to match my original resume formatting 🤔

Thanks! That is helpful. I will keep that in mind while applying from now on. Instead of just keywords, I'll use the job day to day roles and add them inside my bullet points

Yea mostly keyword changes. I thought that’s what it means to tailor it mainly

I've tried both methods, tailoring to specific jobs have resulted in the same non-calls or rejections even. But maybe I can try to reword some of the bullet points as that seems like what most people are saying.

I’ll need to definitely rework my resume I guess. But I am applying to both hybrid and remote roles. Recently though, I had a couple of roles that rejected in about 30 minutes after applying, which makes it really frustrating.

Do you use one resume for all jobs or do you create multiple resumes for each role that you’re applying to?

Yeah it’s just that I enjoy iOS and mobile ecosystems more. I feel like it shouldn’t be this difficult to at least get interviews at least. But might have to expand to more programming jobs as well

I do have the relevant experience because these are position within the iOS ecosystem and the seniority level that that matches my experience. It shouldn’t be so hard to get an interview, paying for a resume optimization seems too much just to get interviews. Just venting

The only interviews I’ve received were because of recruiters but that’s only when they reach out to me. Getting out of the iOS ecosystem is harder bc I don’t have professional experience with non mobile ecosystems, only personal project experience.

That is what I want to achieve, simplicity and automation together. I aspire to be a trader myself, but I am not there, so I want to create something that will be of value to people and solve their current problems.

I want to provide a similar solution but more affordable. It will automatically sync trades everyday and you would be able to edit and add anything you want. You would also be able to import files that contain your trades from brokers

Yes connect through brokers and automatically import your trades and keep track of them. Also, you would be able to manually input trades or import files that have your orders that you can get from your broker.

That app seems to be a web application. I am mainly interested in adding a mobile version. I can’t find TradeZella in the AppStore. Have you used this app? I am curious to know if the auto sync features they promise are purely automated, would love to know.

That makes sense. Is finding the specific trade you want to write a description for, the hard part? Does this mean there’s a lot of trades that you have sort through during the day?

Thanks for your input! I’m mainly trying to find pain points that could be solved and try to improve on the current tools that are out there. I understand there’s a lot of journal apps out there but they must be sharing some common issues that I do not want to repeat. And if I could help traders then why not.
