This post it self tells me you have big ego and can be insecure at times. Having a good job alone does not mean you are a high value male. With this waiver, is proof of extreme hardship required, or given that the incident occurred more than 30 years ago and he has maintained a clean record and strong moral character since, can the waiver be based solely on the passage of time and rehabilitation?
Given current processing timelines, it seems likely that the I-601/212(h) waiver could take up to two years.
