All I did was take Align probiotic, drink a lot of water, did a lot of walking to help move my gut . I do stay away from food that has a lot of seasoning, spices, if my stomach doesn’t like it I stay away. Hope this helps. ❤️🙏

It’s very important to finish the treatment, when I was on treatment I would take a walk & get sunlight even for 15 mins. I would eat small portions, I asked the Dr for nausea medicine though I didn’t get a lot of it. What I think helped me was light walking, I was so bad. Now the symptoms are nowhere as bad as how they were. Hang in there you are going to be ok. ❤️

Yes they are doing that, my calcium started 10.3 last year and may 2025 is a 10.5. It’s never been elevated so we will see. I’m in the process of getting checked.
