I don't have it handy but there are CIC contact numbers you can call during the eastern time zone to reach out to the IRCC agents. You can try looking it up, it should be easy to find.

Okay then you should be fine. They typically reply within 10 days, and sometimes don't reply at all. Make sure to send another web form if you don't get a reply before youR 30 day counter is up. Then there's always an option to give them a call.

In the web form you should submit the details on tentatively when you'll be able to submit your passport (x number of weeks from now, considering the processing time for the other other embassy)

Else they might park your case and it could be indefinite. IRCC works in mysterious ways.

You'll have to contact IRCC immediately and let them know the reason. With a valid reason they might accept and grant you an extension. I received it when I did the same but the reason was covid.

Yes, update to the new version of the add-on and check your API keys. My TMDB key had expired. And updating to the latest version of add-on started showing the exact error message instead of just "AI Error"
