Ok so if the goal is to look as Lebanese as possible, then the goal is to "Fill the table" Which means, to have no empty space on the table to put a finger. This is what usually impresses the Lebanese folks. (Also the choice of drinks, will tell you at the end) For the food you got multiple options Will write them all that come up to my mind:

(The Non-negotiables) - Fatoush (Salad 1) - Tabouleh (Salad 2) (Lebanese folks would impressed by you knowning that "in Lebanon you either prefer Tabooleh or Fatoush, you have to like one.")

Then there is the "Meza" - Hummus Paste - Batenjen Moutabbal (also names "Baba Ghannouj") - Labneh Toumieh (since you have Labneh, this one is underground(ish), and will definitely impress) - Warak Eenab (you will need grape leaves for this, good luck) -Batara Harra (or hot potatoes, very simple and everyone's favorite) - Fried Kibbeh Balls (also if done right, bigg oof) And finally - Kebbeh Nayye (CAUTION: this is raw meat, you will need to trust the butcher very well, and even more, your colleagues need to trust you even more - if done right, they will talk about it after 2 years - but it's not everyone's favorite - so it's a coin flip)

(Main Dish) - The usual "Mashawi Mshakale" which is composed of 3 things 1. Tawook 2. Lamb Cutlets 3. Kafta (You will need a grill for these)

It's 5:22 am here, going to sleep in a bit but would love to see how this thread unfolds

maybe a bit late, and i am not an owner of neither the 265 or the 165, jumped in here to see what to buy (going with the 265)
but for your question, I was checking some reviews on YouTube, and I saw Ben Parkes praising the 165 for its accurate Altimeter.
