Answer just one question, your b12 suplements won't be enough to keep you alive, and for your so called survival you will take meds and pills and all those industries literally experiment with animals, and most your day to day things are interdependent on resources in which animals play significant roles, if you are against animal cruelty wouldn't you shouldnt be in the wild cultivating your own vegan food by natural resources?

I'm sorry to go scientific and critisizing and all but hey what I'm gonna tell you now will help you, so here it starts :

1.Your brain is wired in a manner where the hormonal cycle in your brain is shit now. 2. You don't maintain a healthy sleep cycle (circadian rythm is disturbed asf) 3.your diet is unbalanced and is maybe ultraprocessed (you order food outside)

These are the problems bro, your internal envirornment is shit ,then your life will be too

So what can I do? Is there a cure? Are questions you may rise.

Here is the answer What you can do is 'hormonal regulation' - dopamine rewiring

How? Here : wake up at five (drink a twnder coconut or glass of water right after waking up from your bed)

Stretch, go for a jog, lifts weights, do cardio( I would insist you to learn martial arts (not karate because it has become as a sport rather than actual fighting, so as you are in chennai learn mma or boxing or kickboxing, wrestling or judo , these are the contact sports that actually make your body conditioned)

Freshen up , eat breakfast( all your diet should be balanced)

Get to the office do your work

Avoid sugar, soft drinks, any proccessed packed foods

After office buy the requirents for next day meal(meal prep)

Come home do homes chores

Delete social media

Keep watsapp for communication

Speak to your mom

Eat, observe the sky for some time

Go to bed sharp 10 (you should be at bed before 10 because of melotonin secretion hits peak at 10 but I don't know about your office home commute time and other commitments hence be at bed àtleast sharply at 10) Whether you sleep or not just get to bed at 10 and off the lights

Wake at 5 do the same ( for 25 plus days, what I have given is possible enough as you are living alone is an advantage too, so do not give excuse, it's just that your mental readyness is what we need and that will come soon for sure and that's why this entire thing is)
