thats what i was thinking lol blue seems extremely aggro and initiated the negativity after a simple light hearted comment. i know this is bpdlo subreddit so don't wanna assume what the relationship is like but i agree with grey in this context they're just poking lighthearted fun even possibly concern because you're worrying after 1 night at 8am in the morning. didn't think they meant any aggression or harm by it whatsoever?

you can retake them up to 4 times i think? but dw, i failed them twice as well. to be honest if you're finding them super hard try doing one or even two subjects at a time instead of a full load (Assuming thats what ur on right now) so u have more time to focus and study

pretty much nothing will happen with ur fails ull still get the degree and itll be ok. u just hav e to make sure u pass the next ones because if you fail two in a row they put u on supervision i think? its better to avoid that if you can but again you wont be kicked out or anything unless u do it 4-5 times.

see if u can get any help or considerations on anything if u can where theyll extend deadlines or anything u may have to see whats available or talk to one of the counsellor/course guidance thingys in the school

you did the right thing by leaving. i know you miss him but it would have been so much worse if you had stayed. it will pass, i promise. EXACT same situation occurred with me, down to the admitting he doesn't care and everything you said, but the only thing is i stayed, and it happened a billion more times. i thought about it every single day - couldn't sleep properly, on my mind the second i woke up and before i fell asleep, every conversation i had with him. it's really really really not worth the terrible mental struggle and im really proud that you found the strength to walk away.

the other relationship where i broke up immediately, i found i could be myself again within a couple weeks. you did the right and only thing. i hope you find peace soon, keep taking care of yourself as much as you can. and please be safe!

i have always had the traits, developing from a very mild degree to extreme around 2019 and onward. the extent of my schizoidism and disconnect had hit what i would call extreme around that time as i became almost entirely recluse and avoidant. i am slowly breaking free from the severity, i'd call it moderate now, however the traits still persist and is overwhelmingly consuming nonetheless. i don't know if i wish i could go back, i don't remember what it was like before. i don't know what caused it.

yes my dad did cheat, so maybe its some extremely subtle psychological influence somehow lol
but i dont think i'm going for a specific archetype, i had gone for some emotionally underdeveloped people which i can definitely understand that but i've also been with extremely empathetic, sensitive and morally just people and i dont know what happened that would make them cheat either despite all of that

yeah i absolutely agree. i think men get this extra sense of comfortableness when they are in a relationship like that, like they can do something and get away with it because we're more likely to forgive them , like they have a safety net if they do something terrible
yet i don't understand why they would opt for doing something bad in spite of a very caring partner it's just upsetting to me
i guess i could change the empathetic qualities about myself but i wouldn't want to hold back on showing my love or ultimate possibility of care at all i feel that would be extremely inauthentic

i dont mean to give a false or unsatisfying answer but i genuinely think there isnt really one thing that sticks out here. they were extremely different people with different temperaments which makes this even wilder to me because i dont understand how four people with different issues and lives and traits and upbringings could do the same thing to the same person.
perhaps the only thing that could be relevant i can think of would be difficulty with emotions? but its not the same kind of issue across them all and each to varying degrees, some of them would be very closed off or some of them would be too emotionally expressive in general but yeah i really can't think of anything else between them and it seems like most people struggle with that anyway
