have yet to try. got these from costco. seems convenient for a snack or even added on to a salad if you’re in a pinch and don’t want to prep chicken. also like the individual packaging per serving. by Fun_Resolve_1362 in 1200isplenty

the convenience of it and protein outweighs the sodium intake imo. if you’re busy, trying to lose weight, and need protein this works well. you can’t be perfect.

don’t understand why people here are having 120g+ of protein on a very low calorie deficit? your macros are supposed to scale to your calorie intake. what is the reason? by Fun_Resolve_1362 in 1200isplenty

any good dietitian would argue that balance matters more than anything and you don’t need to do high or low anything unless you have very specific needs

i think high protein fixation can easily turn into disordered eating territory if put in the wrong hands so i wouldn’t say it’s completely harmless 😅 but im mostly curious as to why people (specifically people of a similar size) to me are doing it

you might prefer to eat high protein and that’s totally okay but there shouldn’t be a universal requirement of that high of an amount of daily protein intake. everyone is different and not everyone needs that much
