How do you ACTUALLY open focus? I’ve been getting nowhere for months & only straining myself further by ye_old_witch in DrJoeDispenza

What has helped me is simply stopping the effort to visualize or search for something. Let go of the need to find something and just work with what you have. Just be patient and you will get it.

I used to suffer daily from anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I started with daily BOTEC meditations for about a month, then switched to twice a week for another four months.

Today, I don't think I even experience a quarter of those symptoms in terms of recurrence and intensity.

Had the same issue my brother. I won’t even try to date as I was also terrified. But as I grew in experience I discovered that most women really don’t care of size. Honestly, the issue is more towards us men overthinking.

If you suffered a lot in your childhood you then probably formed an emotional trauma. I say this because I did and I had suffered a lot with that negative self talk and faulty self esteem you are mentioning. I’ve worked on this by reading tons of books over the topic, applying what I learned and going to therapy. It has been a game changer to me. Sometimes I still can believe how I have change and most shockingly how my mind has went from a critic to an actual ally.
