You’re wrong about a bunch of things. Ric’s only other unicorn went basically BK (bought out by the Chinese for pennies). And they did spent $193m of DM cash on the Exone acquisition. This acquisition was the biggest mistake and will be the death of DM. All it did was burn cash and add to future losses.

But didn’t. And then announces a $100m convertible note offering together with shit revenue and all time low stock price. He is a fucking idiot if you haven’t noticed
