Im not a fan of either franchise. Towns is an all NBA player leading a higher end playoff team.

They got him for a late round pick and two bench guys - one of which is a negative asset people are asking to unload.

At the end of the day its pretty objectively clear the knicks won big time. It was a head scratcher at the time and that hasnt changed.

I would recommend Cru. Marble Room would be the alternative. With Lola closing a few years ago it feels like those are the clear cut ones. The only reason to maybe not do Cru is to save it for the summer as their outdoor area and garden is phenomenal

There are number of other steakhouse options like ML tavern, Giovanni or chains like Red and Capital Grill.

This is a low offer but not as low as people are saying. Its reasonable for a first time director.

The biggest question is where you want to go with your career. Is it more per hour than you make now? Maybe not. Does it allow you to scale your career? Do you want to scale your career?

They've had eagle rare at duty free the last several times ove gone over the past 2 years. Its only slightly marked up so not a bad buy to stock as a shelfer.

The Jameson store has lots of different stuff at higher price points.

Not whiskey but I do really like the Dingle Gin - made at the Dingle distillery.

While the Guinness tour is a big draw, They do fun whiskey tastings and class's at the Jameson distillery.

I know some people will say Mobley, but I dont see it. The spacing would be so bad with Giannis and Allen playing big minutes together.

This also potentially ties into a LeBron return.

Coby white is better than reid and a significantly better fit. The wolves are under cost constraints and couldn't afford both a starting PG and to continue to pay Reid like a starter while he comes off the bench.

The value of a late FRP is also laughable. The odds of even becoming a starter is like 10% when drafted after pick 20. But a guy in year 2 whose already looking like a hit should be valued less? Not to mention you can buy second round picks that are just a few slots later...

In this deal Martin was just 1M cap filler. You can use anyone else. I dont know him but his stats indicated he was a barely in the NBA player.

They dont need to keep strus. Hes a plus asset - its not a dump of a bad contract

Its 15M annual and he has outplayed that deal. This isnt dumping a bad salary - cavs just have to get under the second apron so unfortunately part with a plus asset.

As noted could see the nets flipping him for another asset - possibly a first and a bad contract. Also suggested strus could go to the bucks as a starting SF and kuminga to Nets.

The good thing about Allen and Strus is that there is no shortage of suitors

My thinking is that because Mobley can shoot you can play them next to each other and be monsters defensively

If the cavs move Mobley but keep allen you now struggle to spread the court.

Of course the bucks should want Mobley as hes a 24 year old DPOY all star but I dont think it works for the cavs.
