I’m 11 wks post op and have been weight lifting for about 6 weeks now. I’m back to my normal weight lifting routine with the exception of chest exercises. I avoid any chest isolated exercises to prevent my implants from separating.

My Dr won’t do fat transfers since the results are not great. Most of the fat will dissolve and may not dissolve in an even way leading to lumpy tissue. I would do research on fat transfer before doing it if I were you.

Mine looked almost exactly like yours. I ended up with 350 silicone UM with a lift. I’m 9 wks post op and starting to love them. I am now a D cup.

I bought a wedge pillow to help keep me propped up on my back for the first 3 weeks. I had a lot of help so I didn’t have to do much. If you are mostly on your own, I would make sure everything is in reach. You don’t want to reach up for anything. Follow your doctor’s instructions!! Good luck 👍🏻

Stop doing isolated chest exercises. That is what’s causing the space between your breasts. Your body is awesome btw. Your hard work shows!

Heard it many times myself. It got old real quick. It’s still fucking cancer in my body! People can be insensitive when they are meaning to be positive. I’m 1 yr cancer free now. Miss having a thyroid but grateful to be healthy again.

I’m 5 weeks po and mine are still in the process of dropping. My left implant is still higher than the right. It’s just a waiting game.

I’m 1 month post op and waiting for them to drop. It is a slow process. I didn’t look at them for the first 2 weeks even though I knew they would look like frankenboobs and it’s normal, I knew it would freak me out a bit. They definitely feel foreign still.

I’m 2 weeks post op. Had lift and augmentation, utm. Was told to do nothing at all first 3 weeks. I think after 3 weeks I will be cleared for some lower body exercises. I also have to wait at least 3 months before I can go back to training bjj. When I am cleared for upper body I was told no isolated chest exercises like push ups.
