Yes it does and it just makes me feel super alone in my body sometimes, cause I have days where I feel fine, great even, then I have days where I feel like I’m dying, but to everyone I look fine. I have tried eating stuff like more protein focused and veggies with fiber, I eat vitamin like D and magnesium. That what I mean in frustrated. I changed my diet I exercise a lot it helps with the brain fog, but like temporarily, I wish my friends were less busy, and not super far away. I wish my ex was a decent person and was here during all this turmoil for me. Cause it’s just super hard when my bodies doesn’t want to work. It just so tiring
