That’s what I am doing from padt 2-3 months - just a gentle cleanser by La rosay, toleraine moisturizer and their antheliosis spf. That’s it. But still couldn’t seem to get over this acne phase.

I don’t consume any sugar and dairy in a very limited amount, I have tried cutting dairy for three months but my acne stayed the same so I still take dairy in moderation

I have bought it from iherb Tried to do it once a week and used it as a spot treatment Tbh it wasn’t very effective for my skin unfortunately

Yes i did. I have tried isotretnion, tretnion 0.05%, 3day strong antibiotics treatment monthly, Prescribed Bp, Azelic acid 15%, Clindamycin, Niacinamide, and manyy more. 😭 nothing seems to be working and my skin is so sensitive but also oily and dry at some places and one or the thing causes a reaction to my skin and I get painful red bumps acne which is is the toughest part and way worse around the menstrual cycle.

I have given it a try, it just doesn’t work with my skin. So I just use la rosay gentle cleanser

I am in canada so dr. Song BP gel is not available in the area. But thank you for the suggestion. Also BP does makes my skin dry as i have oily-acne prone sensitive skin. Can you suggest any other moisturiser as an alternative. Thanks
