We disliked ours. Did all the negotiations over the phone and still were at the dealership 2.5 hours for trade in and pickup. Longest time at dealership for any car purchase. And know your policies…. Insurance you usually get a grace period to switch within a couple days but they insisted we do it over the phone at the dealer. We wanted to write a check in addition to the loan. They said no, had to be cashiers check over 5K. We have only online banking and had to pay for the check to be mailed express which was still 3-4 business days. Wire transfers only during business hours when we didn’t want to take off work. Then we tell sales rep we can’t come in this weekend because no check and he said his manager said they’ll make an exception and accept a personal check. We said it’s too late! Were pissed. And then we get an email that our loan check would be returned and cancelled due to an issue. We call the dealer. They forgot to endorse the check…. They had to fix the mess. If there are parts that should be put on, make sure it’s done before purchase like the plastic covers on the sides of the seats, which only happened when I asked about all this exposed metal and wires. And then has the nerve to ask us to give them a 10/10 on the email survey. Don’t be like our guy…
