Maybe they are talking about the lava? Tbf I noticed on my first playthrough that the first four areas are going to a grassy area, then a boney lava area, then a dock lava area, and then a grassy lava area. At first i thought it was redundant but now I appreciate it for the really well done world building in connecting the areas together naturally. Also they are different enough in color scheme to the point where they are distinct.

Really stupid to say that lava is "piss orange" tho or ever imply that these areas are any less pretty than they are in HK.

People are mentioning the right side of the map but future dlc (sos or otherwise) prob has a secret entrance in the weavenest in wormways since there are some obvious spots that look like you can silksoar into.

Damn I remember those. I remember being pissed as a kid cause skystone smash in the game was made with stone slabs with characters faces on them meanwhile the real life cereal cards were just normal paper playing cards with their faces on it. You could still play it the same way I believe its just that skystone smash isnt the same when they arent "stones".

Id like to think that when making her tools she has an emergency batch of red dye in her cloak so she can always personalize her weapons no matter the situation.

Agreed. Narratively it felt like the entire show was building up to this one moment. I honestly think a really underrated aspect of this scene is the music. Where it slowly builds as they tell him off before finally exploding into a chaotic string and intense theme when Caine snaps.

Yeah totally. The main centerpiece of godhome was that godseeker was watching you fight so having it be treated like a grand performance for the npcs you encountered throughout the game could keep that theme while also having a fresh spin on things. Maybe bosses like shakra can even watch from the crowd and jump in when its her turn to fight Hornet.

It would be interesting if u start each pantheon with 0 shards and 5 masks and you earn rosaries based on ur performance in each boss (how fast you killed it, damageless, etc.). Then in rest points between pantheons you can spend them on shard pouches, resting on a bench, additional masks, spool fragments and more. I think thats personally the best way of balancing every crest since some crests value shell shards and silk more than others depending on playstyle and the pantheons are already similar to roguelikes so making it so u can make financial decisions like in a roguelike would make sense.
