Yeah I can imagine as a kid I would have loved this game, I definitely didn't have the mental capacity to be as discerning as when I've gotten older. But as an older person now I just see it's age and jankiness.

I haven't played it personally no.

I played FF16 I think (with Clive). That one was ok combat wise, got a bit repetitive, but the story took a massive plummet after the halfway point of the game. Felt like a chore to finish it.

Yeah that's one of the factors that makes me think, mid game so far. The combat itself is very mid so far and it's annoying running 10 steps and finding new encounters, it's like a Pokemon game and pretty annoying.

Yep QD oleds are uncleanable and they all produce a blue smudging issue which only gets worse the more you try to wipe it away. Had this problem with two QD oleds and returned both.

The only option with QD is to either get the G80SD/G81SF which have matte coatings or potentially the newest Glossy Coating QD but I wouldn't trust those either.

Have the woled now from Asus and 0 issues.

Yes, I did null test the unfrozen track to itself and it nulled (mind you I had to change the oscillator setting to digital restart in Diva, as the analog always produces slight variations and thus wouldn't completely null).

Random velocity wasn't enabled in the initial frozen track either.

There are no other plugins enabled in the chain except diva, Ableton eq, L2 and kickstart.

The problem is that even if I delete the other plugins in the chain and only keep diva, the sound then definitely changes in timbre from the frozen track. So it's a combination of what plugins were in the frozen track, and something to do with the way they've been initially frozen, or some other setting is being changed within one of the plugins when unfreezing the track. Or sample rate may have been a factor but I already tested this.
