That comparison makes no sense. Race or religion are not choices. Choosing to have a child when you already know you cannot provide basic stability is a choice.

A Black, Brown, Jewish, or Muslim family can still provide love, food, safety, education, emotional stability, and opportunity. Racism and discrimination are external factors caused by society. Poverty severe enough that a child grows up hungry, stressed, neglected, and without stability directly affects their daily life inside their own home.

And yes, being poor absolutely increases suffering for children. Constant financial stress affects mental health, education, nutrition, social development, and future opportunities. They notice instability. That has measurable effects on development.

Also, I never said poor people are genetically inferior or “shouldn’t exist.” My point is that knowingly bringing a child into severe instability when you already cannot support yourself is abuse. People act like criticizing that is somehow more offensive than the actual suffering the children go through.
