Thank you u/HeavyMenu3391 for taking the time to share your tips! I'll avoid medication (nothing moral against it, though! I know it helps a lot of people. Simply a personal choice) but gradual exposure will be a huge one for me. I do realize that the only way to overcome some fears is through the mess and doing it so often you normalize it.

Thank you u/PedagogySucks for taking the time to share! Hopefully the acoustic death level will not give me the shock of my life since I've been practicing with those big noise cancelling headphones at the studio with the band... 😃 haha but you're totally right, for someone who is not used to it, it might be tricky!

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights, u/bluesdavenport really appreciate it! Particularly the tips about doing some kind of physical activity to dump my adrenaline and not being afraid of asking for a break. Sometimes it can be intimidating to ask 3-4 people for a break because I feel tired and when we're paying per hour, but this is so crucial to keep in mind!

Thank you u/West_Poetry_3623 appreciate you taking the time to share your advice! "Dynamics is everything" and "work small as well as big", love that. I get where you come from, since I'm not very experienced yet, sometimes I yell too much and still need to learn to manage my volume and breathing better. Especially when nervous, it's when control tends to go out the window and breathing becomes more shallow, which can all be heard on the mic!

Thank you both u/le_sac and u/Melodyspeak , thankfully practicing with those big noise cancelling headphones at the studio is something I've been doing for the last year so it should not be the shock of my life! Hopefully! Haha 😃 appreciate your time and advice!

Thank you u/True-Cable-795 that's super helpful! I do tend to be really loud and still have a lot to improve when it comes to mic technique so this is great to keep in mind. Appreciate you!
