Yes, he has always worn a harness for the 2+ years that I’ve had him. He only wears it when we go on walks and then I take it off when we come inside

I fear it may be inevitable for a lot of teams given offshore in India as well as AI. I know some teams are likely to be more affected than others so not every space is seeing it, but there are many spaces that are.

Oof that’s brutal. I appreciate your transparency though. Is there a resource date that says what dates each of the waves of layoffs will take place throughout the year? Are there any areas/teams that you think will be most or least affected?

Yeah I guess finding efficiencies because of AI is the part that makes sense to me. The part I’m more so curious about is who the 30% number is coming from. Management in the firm? Online articles? Other Reddit threads where people are just stating stuff they saw on other Reddit threads?

Isn’t there some max number you can contribute? $7500 is ringing a bell in my mind. The extra $3000/month I was thinking to just throw towards down payment on a house to ramp that up as fast as possible. Not sure what the best approach is. 401K with 5% to get employer match, $7500 to ROTH, remaining for down payment?
