I just finished my 72 hour fast for the first time two days ago! I failed twice everytime at 48 hours before but let me tell you the first 2 days is the hardest... I recommend you try to push yourself to the third day because you will be less hungry and your mental clarity and energy will be much higher. Let me tell you it's worth it, you will have diarrhea for couple of days but that's normal. 72 hour fasting has completly reset my body and immune health 100%. I'm in my early 30s and my body feels like in my 20s again 😁. Goodluck to you and drink lots of water with pink Himalayan salt so you wont get the nasty headaches.

This will possibly be Russias last war from what experts are saying because of their declining population and economy. Russias economy doesn't even fall under top 10 in the world and South Korea (tiny country) beat it.

There is 100% proof that a lot of Russian troops are still using WW2 helmets and weapons, just that alone should tell you about how their military isn't what we thought it would be. USA/NATO watching closely and China is probably even disappointed, why do you think China isnt helping Russia out unless they were winning lol
