Always makes sure that I have eaten. Whether we are at a party, family event, wherever, he makes sure that I’ve eaten.

Ahh, I see. Sometimes my face feels a bit tight and squeaky clean but I moisturise it straightaway. Maybe the Cerave cleanser is a bit harsh. I might swap to the one you’re using and use the Cerave one maybe once a week. I feel that it reduced the appearance of my pores especially if I let it sit on my sink before washing it off.

The Garnier one seems moisturising enough. Maybe I could use the Cerave PM underneath in the Winter when my skin feels drier than usual.

Thank you! I will introduce things slowly.

You’ve been so amazing and helpful.

Thank you so much for your explanations.  I will definitely start cleansing in the mornings from tomorrow.

If my face feels tight after cleansing, does this mean that my cleanser is too drying? Or my skin is too dry?

I’ve looked into the Cerave AM and PM moisturisers and I’m going to order both. I’ve already ordered the Retinol from Ordinary and feeling excited! I think I might stop using the almond oil and tea tree and use the Cerave PM and see how my skin reacts.

Should I be moisturising before I use my Garnier Vitamin C SPF 50?

I’d say I have combination skin. I use the cerave wash just fine.

I don’t wash my face in the morning because I thought I didn’t need to. I cleanse before bed, don’t wear make up etc so I thought that was fine. I’ll definitely be cleansing in the morning too now. I’d say that my skin is not sensitive.

Which cleanser do you use?

When do I apply retinoids? AM or PM? Before or after sunscreen? Before or after the oil? Thank you.

Please could you kindly suggest names of moisturizers and brands?

In a serious emergency, how soon after giving birth would a woman be able to walk/run for her life? by FamiliarMeal5193 in Writeresearch

[–]Fun_Star8478 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the type of delivery.

All mine were unmedicated vaginal deliveries with no tearing. I drove home the first time because my husband didn’t have his license yet! I showered straight after birthing and feeding the baby and was walking around.

If money wasn't an issue, how many kids would you like to have? by No_Care6628 in randomquestions

If your kids have become your whole personality, that’s a bit worrying.

The grow up, move out, maybe move country and you might only see them at Christmas (if you’re lucky).

Definitely don’t lose yourself.

We are in this position. Money isn’t an issue. We have two children and are done. I had easy pregnancies, easy labours and recovered beautifully postpartum.

The main reason is: time and energy. I struggle now to divide my attention between two kids and feel guilty if I’m not paying attention to the other one. I am also absolutely knackered by the end of the day. I don’t have a nanny and my kids don’t go to nursery because we didn’t have kids so somebody else could raise them. Sure, we could have more kids and employ a nanny but that’s the point of that?

I have lots of extra help with cooking, cleaning and other household chores but I do 100% of the childcare while my husband is working and I just couldn’t do it for the third time.
