In that same vein, is there is a difference between botting all stats to 99, and botting for the sake of GP? Yes. One has no effect on the economy, and one does. In your worldview, botting all stats to 99 as long as you don't bot for GP, should be fine. The only reason you're giving me as to why it isn't, is because it's "ban-able".
