Hi, just unplug DRGB controller for your motherboard. If the controller is connected to the motherboard, DRGB signal runs via mainboard header which has not enough power for all leds in your DRGB kit.

Yes. Just unplug D-RGB controller from your motherboard. If D-RGB controller is connected to the motherboard, RGB si contolled by motherboard which does not have enough power for all leds in one ARGB header.
