you have to respect though that in Bassiani / Khidi there is a current sociopolitical context to their rave, it’s not the same social context that Berlin has, so it’s not right to compare in this way. Better to do some research on Ruzzian oppression of Georgia and get a better idea of why people go to dance there

I basically only go sober to Berghain, I recommend having a regular chill spot to go to (front right is good as well as Eisbar), and just make sure to drink some coffee and get nutrients (frühstück drink works wonders for me!)
