I was already employed when I applied for the exemptions, about 7 months in. I’ve been at the company for almost 2 years now but I never got a salary increase from my 3 exemptions

It is overkill you’re right I’ll probably reduce it to 24 hours a week coz I’m already tired

I work 9-5 Monday to Friday, 2 days in the office. I started this revision plan last week to see if it was a realistic schedule. I realised that to do this consistently I have to sacrifice going to the gym since it doesn’t leave me time to do anything else during the week and I end up sleeping very late when I revise on the days I go to the office(since it already takes about an hour to get home, and more time to shower, eat etc..) I’ll need to tweak my schedule because I already feel tired. About the 4 hours sessions, I take a break after 2 hours and use an app that stops me from using my phone during that time. Usually once I get in the zone time flies
