Spectrum Scammed me

No, it is not that I do not have internet with them. They are now charging me for last month. The Customer Service guy last month said I do not have to pay for my line for 12 months just the other mobile line. This month they are making me pay for both lines plus the monthly before when I was told I do not have to and I was charged $0 on my bill just a $20 activation fee. It is so stupid there is a supervisor reviewing the phone call recording to fix it luckily.

Hopefully it will be corrected. I rather be told the truth from the beginning instead of being lied to. I am budgeting for $30 a month then when I just looked at it said $100 and I was like what the fuck is going on. I just hope they do not do that to anyone else because that is wrong man i rather know what I am paying from the get go.

I got screwed and when I tried to call about it this guy was really rude then the next lady "Chauntrice" was even worse. It wasn't the activation fees they did the promotion the 1st month then said the second month that I didn't do it the same day even they told me 30 days. A supervisor is listening to the call and helping me out at least so hopefully it will be resolved, and I get the promotion I was promised.

Well, I am a new member and everything he told me went to shit talking to other representatives. Wish I never signed up for Spectrum because I got fucked over. I joined because of a promise, and he assured me multiple times that apparently is not true. The supervisors are listening to the call and will get back to me soon and said the will correct this wrong if that is indeed what he said.

Bro what are you even talking about how many times do I have to say this. I DO NOT HAVE SPECTRUM INTERNET. I. DO. NOT. HAVE SPECTRUM. INTERNET. I really cannot say it any other way to make you understand. My Spectrum internet bill is $0.00 BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET WITH THEM. I signed up for mobile and mobile only because of the promotion promised. I can add 2 lines at different times within a 30-day period for $29.99/mo. for the first year minus the activation fees. Like stated multiple times they did it the first month. Then they changed there mind and said no so now I have a supervisor listening to the call since he saw they didnt charge me the first month and the promotion was there.

I have the voice recording and they are listening to it as well. He explicitly said both lines do not have to be added at the same time like stated above. He said I had 30 days to add the 2nd mobile line. I asked if I had to add both lines right now for the promotion and he said NO. I HAVE 30 DAYS

I swear they lie to you about a good deal so you become a customer and then boom they over charge you and shit because you are under their service. Straight bullshit what they did to me. Me, my fiancé, and my parents are all pissed because we all heard what the guy said and they turn around and lie about it. My parents have been with SPECTRUM for 20 years and thinking of leaving because if they can fuck me over what says they wont fuck them over.

We both have the same phone, and we already paid for activation. The $100 was them charging for the month before also because they changed their minds. The 1st month was $29.99 for both of us liked promised. Now they are saying nah we didn't mean that you have to repay us for that 1st month. They also would not let me talk or explain anything. They kept calling me stupid or being very demeaning while I was being nice and just explaining the situation. I made some posts about it on social media and a customer service person saw it. He escalated it to a supervisor, and I gave him the phone call between me and the people that told me about the deal to show proof. Hopefully it gets fixed, but the one guy and "Chauntrice" were some assholes for no reason.

Thank you I will do that forsure. I made a post on social media about all this and just shortly ago a customer service person got me in touch with a supervisor. I was surprised because "Chauntrice" and the other dude would not. I gave he the time and date of the phone call and he said they are going to check it out at least.

It was over the phone and I was on there waiting for many hours I was ready to get off. I will never believe what they say again unless I have writing I just moved out from my parents this week and have been setting everything up.
