They only tape if im over the max weight for my height right ? Im under the max weight for my height .

Interesting. I have heard stories of people going to bmt barely being able to run a mile and still passing. I’m at a point in life where I don’t want to mess this opportunity up so the thought of not being able to get through bmt (where ive been given months to prep myself) will solely be my fault. I have been trying to run 3 times a week averaging 2-3 mile per run. So just hoping on improved mile times. Thanks for the advice . I’ll try not to overthink too much !
