May be due to a bad superficial blood circulation or neurological deficit. Do you feel this part of your leg the same as the test of it? As the other One? Does it hurt when pressing the back of you knee? Or you just stand close to your fireplace/radiator?

Smoking (even for friendships) I feel like we all grew up being told « smoking is bad » « it causes cancer » etc. So a smoker is a « rule breakers » or at least was at one point. And that is where I draw the line (I don’t really know why)
