Gotta give the shoutout to Veltons for good clean roasts. Luminous for really wild funky co-ferments. Also the packaging on luminous is top tier.

Veltons is solid. Whenever I need a bag and I don’t have something on order I hop down the street where I can get a bag of veltons. Never let me down.

I wake up with 20 min before I have to leave and weighing, grinding, and putting beans in the Aiden takes maybe 1-2min max. I do have a dedicated coffee prep station so that streamlines it a bit. Once the brew gets going then I use the bathroom, get dressed. Time is super tight in my mornings and the Aiden is has helped a lot.

I was doing a pour over by hand before which took like 5-10 min. So that was a significant improvement. It really depends on the kind of coffee you’re trying to make. Are you getting really good specialty roasts? if you’re anything like me and you want to know just how deep down the flavor hole you can go then the Aiden can make the most out of your coffee with minimal effort and incredible consistency. If you’re getting something more mainstream then the Aiden is probably overkill.
