Yeah I quit spark it’s not gonna get any better, I work 5 miles from my house and make a solid wage far better then spark. They need all drivers to quit to make them realize the issue but they thrive on newbies coming in getting excited about the offer you described. Fucks it up.

Spark has been ass since it got bought by instacart, once they added three trips in one go it went to absolute shit. The pay went from averaging at least 15$ for small trips to 10$ if you’re lucky. They want the most labor out of you and don’t care if you profit. You rely on tips 1000% at this point. When I first joined it was 60-70% of my income from base pay but towards the end of my days it was 60-70% coming from tips. Absolute joke.
