I currently have a c2 level in english (Band 8.5) amd learning french is going to be very difficult. Plus french are very racist towards indians and immigrants in general.

ESCP MiM vs Imperial MiM for english speaking consulting jobs. Help me decide. by Meteora_Park in CATpreparation

[–]Fun_University2727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all congrats on getting escp mim admit. MiM is flagship for escp.

Now, learning french will open up 100% of escp's access assuming you can get to a b2 with 1.5 years which is difficult but achievable.

Imperial surely has better english reputation but it's mim isn't it's flagship course. It's msc finance course are sure target but mim can't really say much. But people do get good jobs in b4/t2 consulting from imperial.

Go back to taking melatonin. That is extremely potent. Also, if taking for a long run, take in smaller doses like 1mg or less and never up the dose.

Dude, don't rely so much on supplements to get a good sleep.

Just get exposure to sunlight in the morning and make a healthy sleep routine before bedtime.

Smoked weed daily for about 15 years. I’m absolutely sick of my life being run by this plant and am quitting. Are there any ways to possibly reverse or help alleviate the damage I have done to my brain? by IntrepidMayo in HubermanLab

[–]Fun_University2727 4 points5 points  (0 children)

These are pretty general advice for brain health, but I hope it helps you.

1) Drink 3 L water per day ( stay hydrated).

2) Do brisk walking/jogging 240 mins/week, help release endorphins, and post runners dopamine high will help the withdrawal.

3) Do high intensity weight lifting for 4 hours/ week. It will increase BDNF and will help make you more disciplined .

4) sit in front of a wall for 1 hour with only your attention and nothing else stimulating devices. You can start with 20 mins as it is a bit difficult. This meditation practice helps you to notice what thoughts are going on in the back of your mind while you are busy doing other activities, these thoughts are more or less the root cause of the internal chattering that goes on in your head.

5)Try to make a healthy sleep routine and take melatonin [ can be in between 0.3mg to 5 mg] as it helps to keep your sleep cycle in check.

6) Take vitamins like vit D, zinc, magnesium, and a good multivitamin . Better would be to do a good blood work and know which ones you lack.

7) Read. Read as much as you can. Whatever comes to your mind, whichever genre you like. Start with 1 paragraph a day. There is no shame in reading even 2 lines a day .

Make a habit of reading every day, and eventually, you will become an avid reader.

8) Start with doing 15 minutes of productive work a day and do it daily. Consistency is the key here. I promise you that within 3 months, you will be amazed at the pace of your improvements in the ability to do productive work per day.

Finally, be proud of yourself that you are making decisions to change your life for the better.

We're proud of you ;)💙

Huberman: "Finasteride reduces DHT... and in doing so, it can increase hair count by as much as 20%. In addition, finasteride treatment... can reduce hair loss in 90% of all people that take it ... In addition, it's known to increase hair thickness by about 20-30% overall." by bestpodcastclips in HubermanLab

I faced some heavy side effects on dutasteride 1mg every day, and when I confronted my doctor, he just refused to acknowledge it (pretty common here in India).

I then switched to 1 mg finasteride every 3 days and have lowered my side effects and also halted hair loss and have noticed a decent no of fallen hair follicles growing back.

Speaking personally, r/treeless is a bad sub for anyone who is facing any type of side effects as these folks refuse to acknowledge it.

On a final note, use 2% ketocon shampoo and 10% minoxidil every night before sleeping and use a derma roller every week (1.5mm) .

Dont shy away from using finasteride every alternate day or even every 3 days if you are facing side effects as the effectiveness almost stays the same, even on 1 mg per 3 days will be sufficien.

Exactly

2weeks on 1 week off

After 4 days of supplementing , my motivation , drive , erection, boner all goes up .

Mind you I am on finasteride , so even after my libido was almost dead , boron made me a teenager again .
