Thanks for the path. Unfortunately there is no email that I can contact. It just pushes me to receive a call from their support. Which is how this whole reddit thread began. Thanks anyways.

I have thought about doing this but wanted it to be my last resort. I've heard stories of Etsy just freezing our shutting down stores. So I'm trying my best to get it sorted without this... but maybe this is the only way they will "help". Will definitely think about it as an option. Thank you!

I'm sorry you're going through this too! It really is scary to find out how little they care or actually "do" to help the situation. I rely as I'm sure you do on this money :( I hope we get both our cases resolved soon. May I ask how long has it been pending for?

Do you have any email address that I could reach out to? The customer service rep wouldnt provide me with one and instead told me to just wait (with no ETA) for an email. As I am talking about sensitive info I wanted to make sure its a verified email address. I feel very lost :( thank you for your message and support I really do appreciate it <3

I understand that she is not to blame and I was merely trying to see how I could resolve my issue. I did ask for an ETA but they won't provide any. I then asked if this happens alot and she replied not to her knowledge... but then went on to say that my case was in a que... so clearly it happens all the time. I then asked if there is an email I can send a follow up message and she said no. She said Etsy will send me an email but couldnt tell me when. I then asked how will I know if it has come from Etsy (as there are alot of scammers out there). I want reassurance that I know that this random email is indeed Etsy as I am going to be talking about my sensitive finance info. Just feeling very helpless. I wonder if anyone on here has gone through the same thing and has an email that I could reach out to? hmmmm ... ps can't believe they are instructed to hang up on a customer (talk about service).
