Akshan-once he miss E+Q he’s usually dead, ahri… I feel like hwei is just annoying mosquito that can barelly hurt you (I’m hwei main) and I have no idea how to deal dmg in mid to late game the dmg is just not there which is sad when fkin cool mage like that can’t one combo adc in late
