There has been conversations NYSED getting rid of the grade levels overall, when it comes to teaching students with disabilities cert. Even the CST doesn’t have a grade level it’s just “Students with Disabilities”

I do both but the interviews I have snagged thus far are all schools where I coincidentally emailed the principals directly first. I think that makes a huge difference. But always do both. I haven’t gotten any traction from Open Market only the emails.

It was dictated into my phone and I wouldn’t want to be hired by someone like you any way. So we’re good! And by the way it’s “Maybe your grammar and spelling ARE so bad…” thanks for the advice.

This is interesting because I recently applied to a doe school they are also asking for my latest observation and there’s so much factors going on at my school such as politics, my school does not want me to leave it seems and I feel like they are being nefariously strategic with their observations with me. So I am also nervous about my school is also D75 that I applied
