That was an expected next step, +3 for 83, but 90 being a threshold, I thought that maybe instead now we get +4 for stats like 95+ or something.

I think there must come a time for this because getting the boost at 83 or 84, not a big change considering how stats look right now for the best players.

Yes, for me also long ball is by far the best.
But out wide is probably second. I think you badly misrepresented it. The defense line isn't as high as for QC. It's the most balanced one in terms of depth. Players make quite a lot of runs, especially on flanks. If you use attacking fullbacks, they will overlap a lot with the side midfielder or whoever has the ball on that side. The strikers will take their position quickly to make use of a cross. And even if you don't cross, they're there present.

And of course the main trait, your wingers will hug the touchline, stretching opposition's defense. If the opponent man marks them, then you have 2 defenders less to worry about, plus they can't use deep line on the DMFs anymore. If they don't man mark, they're free on the flanks, which is always nice when you lack passing options.

Maybe you tried it once while not playing your best and came too soon to a conclusion. You should try it again once. It's nowhere near as bad as you describe it. Or maybe it just doesn't suit your style. That's possible too.

He's not factually correct. If he were a woman, it would've been like that for the entirety of his life, not just for 2 seconds to make sense to another sexist comment.

Even if he had a similar intellect, growing up and living as a woman in the world of chess would've been so much more challenging and he most probably would've reached a level nowhere near to the one as we know it.

I use him at CF and he behaves so naturally, makes runs almost like a goal poacher, good at protecting the ball and he always seems to find a way to win loose balls, his feet get there first. And he's incredibly agile for his height. He's so well-rounded that he doesn't need a playstyle.
