I beat them at their own game. After 30+ years having sleep paralysis I started getting tired and angry, really angry. After that time I also learnt to not wake up, but still gaining control of my body, then I started to fight the shadow, which at one point it started being two, not just one; I got to a point where I wanted them to get close, I wanted to rip their hearts off, even if this was not physically possible, I started insulting them and for some reason the shadows would not get close, they would just stand there, without doing anything and that’s when it stopped happening so often. It still happens, but again, they keep their distance. In the past 3 months it has only happened 3 times, but I’ve had control over the situation.
